WG Bo’Diddly is a 2008 model classic Skipper W gelding. We thought we would try something that Hank did not ever do and that was breed two palomino’s together! Boy did we get something we did not expect! This colt is exactly what Hank also strived to breed a palomino colt with great long muscle in the front end, those tiny little ears and wow what muscling already. Bo’Diddly was born on June 16, 2008 and was up and moving before we even got out to the barn to help him up.
On Bo Diddly's sire Northwind Eco Breeze ’s side of the pedigree he goes back to St Dancer who Weiscamp said was a freak as he was known to breed as good as himself. He was known to breed the best movers Hank had ever seen. Bo’Diddly’s sire also goes back to Skip’s Reward who in his own right was a grand champion halter horse.
Then on Bo’Diddly’s dam Northern Morningdawn’s side of the pedigree she too comes from Silent Counsel who is the same sire of Northwind Eco Breeze. So you have that double breeding of St Dancer. Then on Morningdawn’s dam’s side Bo’Diddly goes back to Skippa String who’s get accumulated 1008 halter points and 269 performance points. Also you have that magnificent breeding of Skipper’s King and Skipperette who in their own right also were great halter horses in their time.
